Looking from Within !

Lockdown days had its share of ' beauty and humanness hidden in the Chaos ' . Below are two of my sketches from my home town Kalpetta , Wayanad .

Before

Spot the man with the purple cap -Mr Peter Clement , a city lover . During the covid induced lockdown ,he started cleaning the areas where people used to dump waste .

After

The unusual cleanness in the dump yard in the town made the authorities to open up their eyes .Appreciating him for his effort it leads to installation of bottle booth , enhanced the space with beautification by adding planter boxes . Overall made the space visually clean .

Now question - Isn't the right time to bring out Peter Clement in everyone of us ? Rather than blaming the public authorities to make our cities clean and and beautiful .
